are on the lookout for experienced Commercial Carpenters
for major commercial projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas.
The builder has an outstanding reputation spanning 50 years
and is a leading Tier-2 contractor
with 500 + employees
across multiple states. They've built an enviable reputation for quality commercial builds including aged care facilities, education centres, retail complexes, and industrial projects. These are substantial builds worth $10M-$50M+
that you'll be proud to have worked on.
You'll be working on ongoing commercial projects
with 6-12 months of steady work
ahead. We need proven Commercial Carpenters who can handle comprehensive fit-out work including:
- Hanging doors(commercial grade fire doors, access doors, sliding systems)
- Fixing skirting and architraves(MDF, timber, and composite materials)
- Installing door hardware(locks, closers, panic hardware, access control)
- Window and door reveals
- Bulkheads and drop ceilings
- Wall linings and partition work
- Custom joinery installation
- General carpentry repairs and modifications
All tasks are within scope for qualified commercial tradies working on quality builds.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Cert 3 in Carpentry
- Current White Card
- Minimum 12 months commercial carpentry experience
- Own tools
- Current driver's license and reliable transport
- Available to start immediately or within the next week(if not please apply and we can keep you in the loop for future roles)
- $50-$55 per hour +11.5% super(depending on experience)
- $21.95 Daily Travel Allowance
- Meal allowance(shifts over 9.5 hours)
- Time and a half + double time for overtime
- Ongoing work- not just a few weeks here and there
