- Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Project Managers and subcontractors to ensure high-quality delivery
- Perform hands-on waterproofing application in line with industry standards
- Support and guide less experienced team members on site
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, workmanship, and client satisfaction
- Cert III in Waterproofing (essential)
- Proven experience in remedial waterproofing
- Ability to read/interpret drawings and follow scopes of work
- Strong communication and leadership skills on site
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work autonomously
