THE ROLES:
We’re seeking experienced construction labourers to work alongside skilled carpenters and builders on high-profile commercial projects. With demand increasing rapidly, we need motivated individuals who can support trades, keep worksites running smoothly, and help drive our projects toward completion.
From day one, you’ll be an essential part of the team, taking on tasks such as:
- Assisting carpenters with framing, formwork, and structural builds
- Supporting builders with materials, preparation, and general site organisation
- Loading/unloading materials and moving equipment safely around the site
- Maintaining clean, safe, and organised work areas
- Helping with concrete pours, demolition, and site prep
- Operating basic hand and power tools under supervision
- Installing fixtures and building components
- Supporting trades such as electricians, plumbers, and other specialists
- Attending toolbox meetings and following all safety protocols
Our positions start as casual roles, but with the volume of long-term work ahead, the right candidates can secure stable, ongoing employment — with regular overtime and the chance to grow your construction career!
WHAT YOU’LL GET
- $35–$37 per hour + 12% super (rate based on experience)
- Additional meal allowance for shifts over 9.5 hours
- Daily travel allowance ($21.95)
- Overtime paid at time and a half and double-time
