We are on the lookout for motivated, reliable, and hard-working General Labourers to join our team across multiple projects throughout South Brisbane and the Brisbane CBD.
With immediate starts available, this is a fantastic opportunity to get on-site quickly, gain valuable experience, and secure ongoing work with overtime and long-term potential.
We currently have a mix of roles available:
- CBD projects – commercial sites including high-rise developments, office fit-outs, and large-scale refurbishments, working alongside well-known national builders across Brisbane!
- South Brisbane projects – civil sites involving earthworks, drainage, concreting, and site preparation!
If you perform well, there’s genuine career progression available — many of our candidates start in labouring roles and go on to secure permanent positions with our clients and go onto the builders books!
And if you’re looking to travel and work, you’ll be connected with national builders who operate projects right across Australia, offering great opportunities to transition interstate in the future.
Start times are 6:30 AM, Monday to Friday, so reliability and punctuality are essential.
Having your own car and licence is preferable but not mandatory, as many sites are accessible by public transport.
You’ll be joining a supportive, safety-focused team with great site culture and plenty of ongoing work available.
Typical tasks include:
- Assisting trades and site supervisors
- General site clean-up and maintenance
- Material handling and deliveries
- Using hand and power tools
- Supporting concreting, formwork, and basic civil labouring
- Helping with site setup, safety barriers, and fencing
- $35 - $37 per hour(depends on experience) + 12% super
- Daily travel allowance ($21.95 per day, which is paid automatically)
- Meal allowance (after 9.5-hour shifts)
- Overtime rates (Time & a Half / Double Time)
- Weekly pay

- Minimum 12 months construction or labouring experience
