Junior Project Manager – Commercial New Builds | Up to $145k Package

We’re seeking an ambitious Junior Project Manager to join a respected construction company delivering high-quality commercial new build projects across Sydney, with values ranging from $10M–$30M+.

This is an ideal role for a driven construction professional with 2–4 years of experience who is ready to step up and take on more responsibility in a supportive, well-structured environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the end-to-end delivery of commercial new build projects
• Assisting with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
• Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
• Working closely with Site Managers and senior PMs to ensure quality, safety, and timeline targets
• Learning project financials, compliance, and procurement systems

• 2–4 years’ experience in a commercial construction environment, ideally new builds or educational projects
• Background working with a head contractor or builder
• Strong organisational skills with a willingness to learn and grow
• Solid understanding of construction processes and site operations
• Confident communication skills and a proactive mindset
