We’re on the lookout for an experienced Leading Hand
to join our clients fast-paced Remedial Construction Team, working across a variety of High-End
Commercial and Residential projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of construction experience
who’s ready to step up and lead from the front.
Majority of projects based in and around the Eastern Suburbs.
Some Projects based in North Sydney.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 1–2 years’ experience in construction (residential or remedial)
- Proven ability to lead small teams and keep things moving on-site
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and processes
- A solid work ethic and a keen eye for detail
- White Card + own tools and reliable transport
- Carpentry trade qualifications (highly regarded but not essential)

- Salary up to $125k + Super.
- Fuel coverage when travelling between sites.
