The Opportunity:
Join as a Leading Hand, supporting Site Managers and Project Managers on multi-million dollar residential apartment builds. You’ll be on-site coordinating trades, overseeing quality, and playing a key part in delivering some of the most beautiful builds in the East.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years experience as a Leading Hand or Site Supervisor in residential or commercial new build construction
• Strong experience within new build structures. 
• Strong understanding of site coordination, safety, and trade supervision
• Eagerness to step into commercial new builds and grow with an experienced team
• A proactive attitude and pride in delivering high-quality work

• Up to $120k + Super (depending on experience)
• Work across high-end apartment builds in Bondi, Coogee, Randwick, and surrounds
• Supportive team with a strong focus on training, progression, and culture
• Long-term career path with exposure to larger commercial projects
