Leading Hand/Foreman - Custom Homes

I’m working with a well-established custom home builder that specialises in high-end, architectural builds across the Brisbane City Council area. All their work is local, detailed, and genuinely rewarding. There the type of projects you can take real pride in. Building upwards of 12 homes a year. 

They’re now looking for a Leading Hand / Foreman to join their team full-time and play a key role in delivering some of Brisbane’s most beautiful custom homes. You’ll be working on architecturally designed projects with complex sites and KDR builds, leading teams on-site to ensure top-quality finishes and smooth delivery.

What’s on offer:
✅ $100,000 – $120,000 + Super (paid weekly)
✅ Salary negotiable depending on experience and employment type (casual or permanent with holiday entitlements)
✅ Full-time, permanent position directly employed by the builder
✅ All work local to Brisbane — no travel up or down the coast
✅ Stable pipeline of high-end residential projects

What we’re looking for:
🔹 7+ years’ total experience across Carpentry and/or Foreman with a strong luxury/custom background
🔹 2+ years’ experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand
🔹 Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
🔹 Excellent communication and leadership skills
