We are currently seeking experienced MIG Welders
to join our client's growing team in a modular building environment. If you're looking for stable, weather-proof work
with long-term potential, this is the perfect opportunity.
You'll be working indoors in a clean, organised factory, assembling modular units
using MIG welding techniques. The work includes structural frames, sub-assemblies, and component integration
— variety and quality are key!
Key Responsibilities
- MIG welding on modular building components
- Reading and interpreting basic plans and drawings
- Working across a variety of builds (commercial modules & Modular school builds)
- Ensuring welds meet quality and safety standards
- Collaborating with fabrication and assembly teams
- $48 – $50 per hour + Super
- Full-time hours, factory-based work – not affected by weather
- Consistent hours + potential overtime
- Pathway to permanent employment
- Work with a large, reputable employer
- Trade Qualification in Welding, Boilermaking or Fabrication
- MIG welding experience (factory/modular highly regarded)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Strong work ethic & attention to detail
- Can-do attitude & ability to work autonomously
- Available for 6-day work week
