Production Estimator

 Brisbane (Near CBD) |  $120k + Super |  Full-time, Monday–Friday |  On-site Parking Available
 
Are you an experienced Production Estimator looking for a long-term role with a reputable residential builder? This could be the opportunity for you.
 
We’re working with a leading home builder known for their high-end custom standalone homes and large-scale townhouse developments. With a solid pipeline of work and a strong industry reputation, they’re now looking to bring on an experienced estimator to join their team in a full-time, in-office position.
 
What we’re looking for:
 3+ years' experience in production estimating for residential home builds
 Strong attention to detail and understanding of build processes
 Experience using Databuild and/or Framework (Bluebeam desirable)
 Team player with solid communication and problem-solving skills
 Located in Brisbane and able to work from the head office 5 days a week
 Opportunity to grow into a sales estimating role in the future (if desired)
