Project Coordinator – Apartment Build

The Opportunity:
Our client is a renowned builder and leader in the apartment, medium density and commercial sector. With over 15 years of experience deliviering the highest quality builds, they continue to grow with a strong pipeline of projects across metro Melbourne and Victoria. Due to continued growth, they seek an experienced and ambitious Project Coordinator to join their team.
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of a diverse range of commercial and multi-residential projects from pre-construction through to completion. Working closely with senior Project Managers and site teams, you’ll assist with procurement, contract administration, project scheduling, and client liaison.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with tendering, contract negotiations, and procurement
- Manage RFIs, variations, and progress claims
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Maintain and monitor project schedules and budgets
- Prepare and manage documentation in line with project requirements
- Support project delivery through regular site visits and coordination meetings
- Background as a Project Coordinator or Junior Contract Administrator in commercial or multi-residential construction
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contract administration, and project coordination
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a close-knit team
- Prior experience with Procore is highly desirable
- Based in Ballarat or within a reasonable commuting distance
