Our client, an established commercial builder is currently looking to add an driven and ambitious project coordinator to their team. With over 40 years in the industry, they are renowned for building high quality projects that shape communities and have made them a go to for developers looking to deliver stand out projects across the commercial and industrial space. 

Your Role in the Team:

• Partner closely with Project and Site Managers to ensure smooth planning, coordination, and delivery
• Manage documentation, procurement timelines, RFIs, and subcontractor communication with confidence and clarity
• Ensure construction programs, budgets, and quality benchmarks are aligned across the project lifecycle
• Support the team with diligent tracking of variations, contracts, and reporting
• Help foster an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• 3+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator on mid-to-large scale commercial construction projects
• Ideally, you will have had direct involvement in apartment projects, or projects valued at $40M–$60M
• Clear communication style, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
• A confident understanding of documentation systems (e.g., Hammertech, Aconex, Cheops), scheduling tools, and industry protocols
• A team mindset with a proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
