A leading commercial fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator
to join their high-performing team in Sydney’s CBD. With a strong pipeline of quality office fit-out projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic role with long-term growth potential.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on office fit-out projects in Australia
- Solid understanding of local construction processes, subcontractor coordination, and site requirements
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Proficient in project administration, scheduling, and supporting project delivery teams
- Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of active fit-out projects
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery
- Track project documentation, variations, and approvals
- Support procurement, program management, and cost tracking
- Maintain clear communication across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Secure a long-term role with a respected contractor specialising in commercial interiors
- Exposure to fast-paced, high-quality office fit-out projects in the CBD
