JV Recruitment is partnering with a well-established commercial construction business to recruit an outstanding Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a newly created role due to continued workload and success, offering the opportunity to manage end-to-end commercial projects valued between $1M – $10M. Our client is highly selective and is only interested in experienced, high-performing Project Managers who take pride in delivery, leadership, and quality outcomes.

The Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of commercial construction projects, including:
  • Managing multiple commercial projects from award through to completion
  • Programming, budgeting, and cost control
  • Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
  • Managing site teams and ensuring program milestones are achieved
  • Overseeing quality, safety, and compliance across all projects
  • Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
This role is office and site based and requires a hands-on, present Project Manager.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
  • Demonstrated delivery of projects valued $1M – $10M
  • Strong construction knowledge across structure, services, and finishes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
