Project Manager – High-End Luxury Homes | Up to $200k Package

Location: Western Sydney (Just outside the CBD)
Salary: Up to $200k package – negotiable based on experience

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering high-end luxury homes? We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented leader to join a respected and growing residential builder, specialising in bespoke multi-million dollar homes.

The Role:
You’ll take full ownership of projects from design and approvals through to handover, managing all site, consultant, and client coordination. The projects range from $6m–$10m+, with an emphasis on exceptional craftsmanship, architectural detail, and high-end finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project management of luxury custom homes
• Oversee budgets, timelines, procurement, and contract administration
• Coordinate trades, consultants, and client communications
• Maintain high standards in quality, safety, and compliance
• Lead and mentor site teams to ensure smooth delivery and outcomes

• Proven experience delivering custom luxury homes $6m+ as a Project Manager
• Strong technical knowledge of high-spec residential construction
• Exceptional organisation, problem-solving and leadership skills
• Strong communication with an ability to manage high-end clientele
• Relevant construction qualifications
