This opportunity is to join us in our Westend office to expand our Brisbane Labour Hire Team, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant
who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment to join our. You’ll hit the ground running by working alongside a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes in construction labour hire.
What You’ll Do
- Source top-tier candidates via multiple platforms
- Screen, interview, and onboard candidates who uphold JV’s standards of performance, safety, and attitude
- Cultivate long-term relationships with talent; candidates who trust us for regular, meaningful work
- Craft and post job ads across media and job boards, ensuring clarity and alignment with role expectations
- Liaise closely with clients (internal Account Managers, external Site/Project Managers) to confirm job briefs and candidate quality
- Take ownership of general recruitment admin, compliance, and onboarding processes
- Share your recruitment expertise with both candidates and clients; consult, advise, and deliver
- Help train and mentor newer team members where needed
- We provide consistent, ongoing work for our candidates
- As candidates grow in capability, we help them access longer-term opportunities and even permanent roles if that’s their goal.
