The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant at JV Recruitment, you will:
- Manage and grow a permanent recruitment desk within the construction sector
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Run end-to-end recruitment processes
- Develop your own market niche and client base
- Have the opportunity to build and lead your own team in the future
- Contribute to a supportive, high-performing culture
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment within construction (or an adjacent) industry
- Is confident managing the permanent end-end recruitment processes
- Is commercially minded and motivated by results
- Enjoys business development and relationship building
- Wants to grow their own desk and team
- Is professional, organised, and driven

Remuneration
We offer a competitive base salary and an outstanding, uncapped commission structure. Please include your expected base salary in your application.
