This is a very dusty and noisy environment. Masks and PPE must be worn while onsite. and the work is physically demanding. There will be the opportunity to go full time with the company if you are successful in your position.
The pay rate for the role will be up to $35/hr with overtime rates applying for the afternoon shift as well as any overtime that falls under the award rate.
Shifts Available:
- 6:00am – 4:00pm
- 4:00pm – 12:00am
- Picking and sorting materials (rock, steel, etc.)
- Working on processing lines
- Manual handling tasks
- Maintaining a safe and clean work area
- A valid forklift licence is highly regarded
- Forklift ticket holders will be considered for a separate, higher-paid role – up to $40/hr
- Duties will include moving bins and skips around the site
- Ability to handle physically demanding work
- Comfortable working in dusty and noisy conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Willingness to wear PPE, including masks, all day
- Temp to perm opportunity
