Foreman – Remedial (Class 2 Projects)
Location: Sydney, NSW (Metro & Regional Projects)
Salary:$130K – $150K + Super + Vehicle or Allowance

Are you an experienced Foreman with a solid background in remedial construction, ready to take ownership of diverse and challenging projects across NSW?

This is your chance to join a respected and growing contractor delivering high-quality remedial and refurbishment works across balconies, façades, structural repairs, and waterproofing.

As Foreman, you’ll combine hands-on site work with leadership responsibilities, driving progress, maintaining safety and quality, and leading by example. You’ll manage a skilled site team and subcontractors while ensuring projects are completed on time, to specification, and with minimal disruption to clients and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across remedial and renovation projects.
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate trades and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Manage and monitor project schedules, safety, and site compliance.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and residents to maintain positive relationships and clear communication.
• Work on the tools as needed—balancing leadership with hands-on delivery.
• Conduct site inspections, defect management, and progress reporting to Project Management.

• Proven experience in remedial construction or building rectification, ideally on Class 2 residential or commercial projects.
• Skilled across balcony rectifications, façade restoration, waterproofing, and structural/concrete repairs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, safety-focused mindset with great attention to detail.
• Current and clean Driver’s Licence, willing to work across metro and regional NSW as needed.
• Trade background (Carpentry or similar) highly regarded.
