We’re partnering with a leading residential builder experiencing strong growth and looking to bring on an additional Senior Estimator
to support their expanding pipeline of custom home and knockdown/rebuild projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estimator who thrives on detail and enjoys the challenge of complex builds.

- Collaborating closely with the design and drafting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Supporting the transition from Databuild to Buildertrend - Databuild experience needed. Buildertrend desired.
- Proven estimating experience in custom home and knockdown/rebuild projects
- Strong knowledge of Databuild (Buildertrend experience highly valued)
- Familiarity with ArchiCAD workflows (drafting team system)
- Relevant industry qualifications (desirable, not essential)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex estimating tasks
