This Brisbane-based builder is looking for a Senior Site Supervisor / Project Manager (Job Title PM)
to join their tight-knit team and take the reins on bespoke residential projects across the inner suburbs through to Ashgrove.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing project delivery from site set-up through to handover. With approximately 50/50 site and office time, you’ll work alongside a supportive leadership team, including three other PMs and a Construction Manager who handles scheduling and program oversight.
The team delivers around 10 architectural homes per year and prides itself on flexibility, quality, and a genuinely supportive culture. The position has opened up due to an internal shift around supporting logistics.
What We're Looking For:
- Trade background – ideally a qualified carpenter
- 2–3+ years of experience supervising or managing custom homes
- Comfortable delivering architectural renovations or new builds
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (preferred but not essential)
- Comfortable with tech – we use BuildExact, but any system experience is welcome
