We're exclusively partnered with a reputable family-run construction company specialising in boutique apartment developments across Sydney's Northern Beaches. With a strong pipeline of quality projects and a tight-knit team, they’re now looking for a Site Engineer to join their crew and grow into a future Site Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working closely alongside an experienced Site Manager to deliver high-end apartment projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, reviewing drawings, and ensuring on-site works align with program and quality standards
• Monitoring safety compliance, progress reporting, and supporting site logistics
• Acting as the go-to technical point between design and delivery

• You’ve seen at least one full apartment project through construction, from excavation to handover
• Relevant qualifications in construction, civil engineering, or related field
• A strong communicator with a proactive, team-first mindset
• Keen to grow your career into a Site Manager role (training and mentoring provided)
