The Role:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and budget targets are met. You'll lead on-site teams
across diverse projects, from industrial warehouses to multi-level apartments and cutting-edge commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate on-site teams, managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and project deadlines.
- Drive cost control, scheduling, and reporting to maintain project efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections, addressing quality or compliance issues proactively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring strong client and consultant relationships.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Foreperson in commercial new builds($50M+ projects desirable).
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Builders License, White Card, First Aid) are highly regarded.
