The Opportunity
Our client, a renowned Commercial and Residential builder are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a High-end apartment build in the South Eastern suburubs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations on site, coordinating trades, site walks, inductions etc.
- Liaise with Project Mangers and trades to ensure project timelines, budgets and project targets are met.
- Eefectively manage and oversee site teams to ensure that the project is delivered to the highest quality.
- Drive a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on site.
- 2-3 years of experience as a commercial Site Manager.
- Proven experience of delivering High-end projects is absolutley essential.
- You will have strong attention to detail and an eye for quality finishes.
- Demonstrated experience of managing a project from beginning to end, ideally on apartment builds.
- Trade qualifed carpentry background desirable though not essential.
- You will reside in a commutable desistance of the South Eastern Suburubs.
- Work for an established builder with a strong pipeline of projects based around the South East.
