An established lifestyle resort developer is seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager
to lead the delivery of homes within a large scale coastal lifestyle community in Burnett Heads.
This is a senior on site leadership role overseeing Site Supervisors and Foremen, driving quality, safety, and programme across medium density residential construction. You’ll play a key role in bringing a premium lifestyle resort to life, managing repeat volume style builds including townhouses and like for like residential projects.
About the role
You will take ownership of the residential construction stream, leading site teams and coordinating trades to ensure homes are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing Site Supervisors and Foremen
• Overseeing daily site operations and construction programs
• Driving WHS compliance and quality control
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades
• Ensuring builds are delivered to specification and schedule
• Reporting on progress and performance
What we’re looking for
• QBCC Minimum Site Supervisor Licence (essential)
• Proven experience in medium density residential, townhouse or repeat volume construction
• Strong leadership capability across site teams
• Trade background preferred, carpentry ideal but not essential
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
• Able to manage multiple builds within a structured environment
