Due to this growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team.
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a proactive and driven Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate daily site operations across a range of commercial construction projects. From fit-outs to new builds, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or site management role on commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, OH&S standards, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage on-site teams and subcontractors
- Proven ability to manage timelines, resolve site issues, and deliver projects efficiently
- Demonstrated experience managing both new build and fit-out/refurb projects.
- Based in around Metro Melbourne
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. Cert IV in Building and Construction, White Card)
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Ensure adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and company standards
- Monitor progress and quality of work, identifying and resolving any issues promptly
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain accurate site records, including inductions, toolbox talks, and daily logs
