Site Supervisor High End Architectural Homes | Inner Brisbane | $125k to $150k + Super
An opportunity has opened with a respected boutique residential builder delivering some of Brisbane’s most impressive architecturally designed homes.
This is a floating Site Supervisor role working across luxury freestanding homes and the occasional small townhouse development. Build values start from $2m, with current projects reaching $11m+. All sites are located within 15km of Brisbane CBD.
You’ll join an experienced supervision team and work closely with the owner in a highly collaborative environment where quality comes first.
About the Role
You will float across up to four builds at any one time, supporting delivery of complex architectural projects with highly detailed documentation.
This is a leadership focused role with minimal tools work, suited to someone who enjoys technical builds, strong trade relationships and structured systems.
Key responsibilities include:
• Floating supervision across up to 4 high-end residential builds
• Managing long-standing subcontractor teams
• Coordinating complex architectural projects including suspended concrete
• Reviewing and interpreting detailed construction documentation (50 to 200 page plans)
• Working closely with the owner to support business growth
• Supporting internal progression and strengthening site leadership
• Maintaining quality, programme and safety standards across sites
About You
You are a technically strong Site Supervisor who thrives in high-end residential environments.
You will ideally bring:
• Strong trade background (carpentry preferred)
• Proven experience delivering high end or architectural homes
• Experience with suspended concrete and complex builds
• Confidence managing multiple sites simultaneously
• High attention to detail with strong plan reading ability
• Comfortable working digitally from plans and systems
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
You’ll also be tech capable and confident using systems.
The Business
This is a boutique builder with approximately 9 direct staff including Directors, Contracts Administrators, Admin, Bookkeeper and Site Supervisors. They also have an in house carpentry team, with the remainder of trades subcontracted.
You’ll report directly to the Owner and play a key role in supporting business growth and internal progression planning.
