Site Supervisor – High-End Residential Projects | North Bondi | $180K + Super

We’re working with a highly regarded custom residential builder based in North Bondi, known for delivering some of Sydney’s most impressive architecturally designed homes. With a strong pipeline of multi-million dollar builds already underway across the Eastern Suburbs, this business prides itself on attention to detail, craftsmanship, and collaborative site culture.

We are now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team.

The Role:
As Site Supervisor, you’ll take the lead on a landmark high-end residential build from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for managing trades, subcontractors, site safety, program delivery, and client liaison, ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standard.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience supervising high-end residential homes valued $5M+
• Exceptional attention to detail across bespoke finishes and architectural detailing
• Carpentry qualified
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive timelines and maintain quality
• Familiarity with local subcontractors and suppliers in the high-end residential space

• Salary up to $180,000 + Super (depending on experience)
• Work on some of Sydney’s most exclusive, custom-built homes
