💰 $110k – $120k + Super + Vehicle

We’re working with one of Queensland’s most reputable residential builders who are looking to add a Site Supervisor to their Sunshine Coast team.
Why this role?
- Run and oversee approx. 15 sites across the Sunshine Coast
- Join a close-knit team of 7 Supervisors, reporting to an Area Building Manager who leads from the front
- Be part of a wider group of 50+ Supervisors — with strong systems, support, and career pathways
- Work Monday to Friday with flexibility around start/finish times
✅ A Leading Hand or Carpenter with their Cert IV in Building & Construction, ready to step off the tools and take the next step
✅ An experienced Supervisor looking for a reputable business with a strong pipeline and family-oriented culture
What you’ll need
- Certificate IV in Building & Construction (mandatory)
- Trade background or supervisory experience within residential construction
- A team-player mindset and ability to communicate effectively on site
- Supervisor licence NOT required
- $110k – $120k + Super + Vehicle
