Site Supervisor – $120k to $145k + Super | Northside Brisbane | Estate-Focused Builder
We’re partnering with a well-established Queensland residential builder and community developer
known for creating high-quality house and land communities. With over 30 years’ experience designing, constructing and delivering new homes within masterplanned estates, this builder has a deep pipeline of work and a strong reputation for quality and community-focused projects.
As part of ongoing growth across the northside, several Site Supervisor positions have become available. These roles are ideal for supervisors experienced in volume residential construction and looking to be part of structured estate-based builds with minimal travel between sites.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supervising sites across large residential estates on Brisbane’s Northside
• Ensuring quality, programme and safety standards are met on every job
• Coordinating subcontractors and delivery teams to achieve build outcomes
• Reading and interpreting plans, specifications and compliance documentation
• Working with production teams, project managers and stakeholders to maintain consistency and quality
• Providing leadership on site and representing the business professionally
About You
You’re a confident Site Supervisor who thrives in structured residential environments.
You will ideally bring:
• Proven experience supervising volume residential construction
• Strong understanding of standard residential build methods
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A safety-first mindset and ability to manage subcontractor teams
• Digital literacy and comfort navigating plans and systems
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (required)
Experience in estate-based building environments is highly regarded due to the consistent pipeline and reduced travel expectations.
