What you'll be doing:
- Managing multiple insurance repair jobs from start to finish
- Coordinating trades, timelines, and materials
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures
- Working closely with homeowners, assessors, and suppliers
- 2 days per week in-office for reporting, team meetings, and planning
Mon–Thurs: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-min break)
Fri: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (30-min break)
What we’re looking for:
Qualified Carpenter – trade background essential
QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (must hold)
Previous experience in insurance repairs or insurance building
Someone practical, respectful, and motivated
Confident managing trades and speaking with clients
