Calling All Experienced Skilled Demo Labourers in the CBD!
We are looking for a hardworking and experienced Skilled Construction Labourer's with a strong background in demolition to join our growing team. This role involves supporting various construction and demolition projects, ensuring site safety, and operating tools and equipment efficiently. The right candidate will be physically fit, safety-focused, and capable of working in dynamic, high-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform demolition work including dismantling walls, floors, fixtures, and structural elements
- Use hand and power tools to break down materials and structures safely
- Load and remove debris, salvage materials, and maintain a clean worksite
- Operate construction tools and equipment such as:
- Jackhammers
- Sledgehammers
- Power drills and saws
- Grinders
- Reciprocating saws
- Crowbars and pry bars
- Concrete cutters
- Support general construction tasks: site prep, framing, material handling, and cleanup
- Follow directions from site supervisors and work well within a team
- Comply with all site safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
- Assist in setting up containment and protection barriers for demolition zones
What You’ll Get:
- $33.81-$35 per hour + super
- Additional meal allowance (for shifts over 9.5 hours)
- Daily travel allowance
- Overtime paid at time and a half, and double-time rates

- At least 12 months of construction experience
- Own transport is preferred, but not essential
- Full PPE required
