Skilled Labourers – Ongoing Construction Work | South East Suburbs

JV are currently looking for experienced Skilled Labourers to assist on a range of construction projects throughout Melbourne’s South East suburbs, such as Rosebud, Mornington, Clyde, and Hallam. 

We have a number of projects requiring reliable, safety-conscious labourers to support trades and site management teams with daily on-site operations.

Skills and Experience

• Assisting trades on-site (carpenters, concreters, electricians, plumbers, etc.)
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Site clean-up and preparation
• Moving and organising building materials
• General maintenance and support tasks as directed by site supervisors
• Ability to work efficiently, both independently and in a team environment

• $35 – $37 per hour + super + coinvest (where applicable)
• Additional meal allowance (over 9.5 hours on a shift)
• Additional travel allowance where applicable ($21.94 per day)
• Time and a half and double-time rates paid for overtime
• Weekly pay
• Ongoing roles across multiple long-term outdoor projects
• Typical shift hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm

• White Card
• Full Australian work rights
• Minimum 12 months’ experience working in construction
• Must be able to work well within a team environment
• Full PPE
• A car and licence are highly desirable but not essential
• Additional tickets such as Working With Childrens, Working at Heights, EWP, or Forklift are highly advantageous
