You’ll be working across a clean and well-organised facility, supporting trades and assisting in the production of prefabricated building components. This is a great opportunity for reliable Trade Assistants looking for steady hours and long-term potential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting trades both on the factory floor and around the warehouse
- Using hand and power tools confidently
- Supporting the cabinetmaking/framing team
- General labouring and manual handling
- Working within a friendly, safety-focused team environment
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Trade Assistant in construction, manufacturing or warehouse settings
- Cabinetmaking/joinery/carepntry experience highly advantageous
- Strong tool-handling skills and willingness to learn
- Reliable, hard-working and able to commit to full-time hours
- White Card essential
- Own transport to Laverton highly desired but not essential
- Full PPE required
What’s on offer:
- Ongoing work with consistent full-time hours
- Monday to Friday, 7am start
- $36.26 per hour + superannuation (initially)
- Overtime rates apply
- Meal allowance for shifts over 9.5 hours
