Working Foreman – Remedial Construction

Salary:$130K – $160K + Super + Car / Car Allowance
We are currently recruiting multiple Working Foreman roles on behalf of well-established clients in the remedial and renovation sector.
About the Role As a Working Foreman, you will balance hands-on work on-site with leadership responsibilities. You will lead teams on projects including balcony rectifications, façade repairs, concrete cancer, waterproofing, and general remedial or renovation works.
Key Requirements
- Proven background in remedial construction or renovations
- Experience in balcony repairs, façade works, waterproofing, and structural rectification
- Carpentry trade qualification (essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to work with trades, clients, and residents
- Clean driver’s licence (projects across metro and regional NSW)
- Ability to work on the tools as well as manage site teams
