Taking a leap into the unknown can be daunting in most cases, however, here at JV Recruitment, we believe our attention to detail and resourcing processes are transferable to all sectors.
Two months ago we started our Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) desk which we’ve found to be a huge success in both permanent and labour hire recruitment aspects.
Through detailed research and hard work, we have grown the desk to include multiple Clients in the Commercial, Apartments and Domestic Sector for both Plumbers and A Grade Electricians.
We believe in offering our Clients best value solutions and where possible have supplied a Trade Assistant to work alongside their Qualified Tradesperson, keeping costs down and quality high. Due to this we have secured an increased workload and developed a strong working relationship with both Client and Candidate.
Finding skilled and reliable candidates in this market can prove challenging which is why we have two Recruitment Consultants resourcing for these roles 5-6 days a week. We have stuck to our Core Values right from the get-go whilst giving our Clients clear and concise communication throughout the process, and dare we say even educating one or two along the way!
